Kovara's legacy web banking experience was slow, hard to extend and generated a high volume of support tickets during onboarding. The team needed a modern platform that could pass strict security reviews while shipping new features every sprint.

Our solution
We rebuilt the customer experience as a Next.js application backed by NestJS services, event-driven workflows and PostgreSQL. A redesigned onboarding flow with real-time document verification cut drop-off, while an AI assistant answers account and payment questions using approved knowledge.
Security was designed in from day one: fine-grained permissions, audit trails, encryption and automated penetration testing in CI.
